Looking after a loved one is extremely rewarding but can be very demanding and draining at times. Rest and recreation can work wonders for your energy levels when having short breaks is a great incentive to keep you going.

CSS are here to provide you with this service, knowing that you can put your trust in us when you take a break from time to time is very re-assuring. Especially when you are confident that person you care for will be well looked after by trained professionals during your absence.

How often do u need a break?

Its not always necessary that u may need long breaks it could be just a morning in bed longer
or an afternoon off to meet a friend. Maybe even an evening out for a pamper session.

We’ll take care of everything for you

All you need to do is fill us in with your daily routine and we will provide the care you would normally do on scheduled times or even provide live in care. Our involvement is not to take over but just to give you a back up service that will enable you to enjoy a well-earned,guilt free and worry free break.
