I have two Parents who have dementia and both of them can not fend for themselves they receive the high end of care as they don’t have capacity or mobility to care for there own needs . My mother and father is sadly at there stage of life where it’s my 100% best interest and there well being that they receive good quality care ! Which brings me to say I’ve had several care agencies over the years and I have to say sadly I’ve had to terminate the care eventually .
As a daughter who also gives care and formally and in formal , I know what’s needed in these suffering heartbreaking times when it’s especially your loved ones that need exceptional care love and support and strong positive carers on board to help them and myself to make them have there well being taken care of , as I have a great deal to tend to on a daily / nightly routine at home .
This agency have been delivering care for my parents and I feel it’s the best they have ever received , the carers are passionate , punctual and trustworthy which I add is a big part when entering your own home , they give outstanding care , but not only that they also interact with them on an emotional level to make sure they feel at ease familiar and secure .
I also have to say about the agency that if there’s been any queries along the way they deal with matters promptly efficiently and professionally , which I feel is paramount you have this for any one , as-well as my family .
I will totally recommend anyone who is looking for a loved one or friends to have the care given by this agency , they are an honourable agency to have on board .
